  • Activity on site is already underway. TITAN is processing ash lagoons into low-carbon cement.

  • SSE Renewables is constructing a 150MW battery energy storage system.

  • Phase 2 demolition began in December 2025 and is expected to take approximately 18 months to complete. DSM Demolition Ltd has been appointed as the contractor, with works including specialist asbestos removal and the demolition of key industrial assets.
